Airtight Spaces will present a revolutionary way to complete air sealing for builders who are facing increased requirements due to upcoming code changes. The process uses air pressure to guide an acrylic sealant to the remaining leakage points after the builder and their trades have created an airtight envelope. The sealing process takes only a few hours to complete, and the results are provided to the client on the same day. The process is called Aeroseal Envelope. Airtight Spaces has been in the market since 2018 and have completed nearly 400 seal events, reducing air leakage from 70% to 95% depending on circumstances. The product will seal up to 5/8” opening and comes with a 10 year warranty.
