The Canadian Home Builders’ Association- Nova Scotia is the voice of the residential construction industry. For more than 50 years, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Nova Scotia has played a crucial role in helping to educate, support and elevate builders, renovators, sub-trades, and industry professionals, which allows them to thrive.

Individually, members stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry and polish their business and technical skills through workshops, courses and information sharing. All members must adopt the Association’s Code of Ethics and are committed to fairness, integrity and customer satisfaction.

Below you will see the membership application and the information about our association’s values, vision, mission, and brand identity to understand better what we aim to achieve through the dedication of our members. We host various member meetings that provide excellent networking opportunities; committees that help address the issues related to the industry; events and programs that help promote member companies; and networking events to help create business-to-business opportunities for members, to name a few benefits membership.

We would love to have you as a member. If you would like to become a member, all we will require is your completed membership form, a copy of your WCB certificate and proof of insurance as outlined in our membership application which is then presented to the board of directors to vote on your acceptance into the association.
