Join us for the Canadian Home Builders' Association—Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting as we review the past year, elect new Board members, and discuss our association's strategic direction. 📅 Date: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 🕒 Time: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 📍 Location: CHBA NS Office, 15 Oland Crescent, Halifax, NS The AGM is your opportunity to: Hear key updates on CHBA NS programs, advocacy, and initiatives. Review and approve the audited financial statements. Vote in the Board of Directors election. Consider proposed amendments to the CHBA NS Bylaws. Connect with fellow members and industry leaders. Important: Nominations for the Board close October 1, 2025. If you wish to put your name forward for a board seat, please email crystal@chbans.ca for the link. Online voting opens November 3, 2025 and closes at the end of the AGM. Members will be provided with meeting materials in advance, including nominee bios, financial statements, reports, prior AGM minutes, and proposed bylaw amendments.
